Grades for PVC Masterbatches

We manufacture various masterbatches in different colours including Black and White masterbatches. These are available in different potency to meet the needs of our customers. We use the finest electrical grade pigments to give the best electrical insulation properties.

Black Masterbatch: MB-Black

Most pigments especially like Carbon black pigments tend to agglomerate and therefore need to be properly dispersed. Also certain hard carbon black particles tend to rupture the surface of the end product. Hence proper dispersion of carbon black pigments in the masterbatch and the end product is essential.

White Masterbatch: MB - White

White masterbatches are prepared from Titanium Di oxide as the Pigment. Popular Shade is Milky White.
